摘  要:目的:建立HPLC法测定不同批次苦味叶下珠胶囊中原儿茶醛的含量。方法:采用RP-HPLC测定6批苦味叶下珠胶囊中原儿茶醛的含量。采用ZORBAX C18(2.1×100mm,3.5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸(5∶95),流速为0.2ml.min-1,检测波长为280nm,柱温为30℃。结果:原儿茶醛在0.027~0.0860μg内线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.59%,RSD为1.67%(n=6)。质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=4462X-10.4119(r=0.999 8)。6批苦味叶下珠胶囊中均能检出原儿茶醛,含量差异不大。结论:本研究建立的方法简便,结果准确,可用于苦味叶下珠胶囊的质量控制。Objective:To establish a HPLC method to determine protocatechuic aldehyde content in Kuwei Yexiazhu capsulesfrom different batches.Methods:The content of protocatechuic aldehyde in Kuwei Yexiazhu capsules from six batches was deter-mined by HPLC.The ZORBAX C18(2.1×100mm,3.5μm)was used for sample analysis of Kuwei Yexiazhu capsules.The mo-bile phase was consisted of methanol-0.1%glacial acetic acid(5∶95)with 0.2ml.min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 280nm and the column temperature was kept at 30℃.Results:Protocatechuic aldehyde has a good linear relationship among 0.027to0.860μgμg.The average recovery rate was 96.59%(RSD≤1.67%)(n=6)The regression equation was Y=4462X-10.4119(r=0.999 8).Protocatechuic aldehyde could be determined in six batches of Kuwei Yexiazhu capsules.However,there was not sig-nificant difference in six batches samples.Conclusion:Our established HPLC method is convenient,accurate and can be used for thequality control of Kuwei Yexiazhu capsules.
