摘　　要：随着高校扩招,办学规模的扩大,办学层次的提高,教务管理工作越发显得重要。高等教育改革逐步走向深化,高等教育资源的需求不断提高,教务管理面临着严峻的考验,"规范、信息、网络"已经成为高校教务管理的重点,实现它就必须依靠现代信息技术,教务管理系统的运用很好地解决这个问题。With the expansion of college enrollment,the enlargement of school scale,the promotion of academic level,teaching affair management is more and more important.For higher education reform is gradually deepening and the demand for higher education resources are higher, teaching affair management is faced with fierce challenges. ＂Standardization, information and network＂ has become the key point, whose realization depends on modern information technology.
