浅析温州人精神对独立学院大学生就业教育的影响

摘　　要：温州人精神是一种独特的精神,是一种与时俱进的自强奋斗精神,他们有着敢为人先的创新精神、有着自强不息的创业精神、有着求是务实的诚信精神,也有着互惠互利的共荣精神。独立学院作为高等教育模式的探索和创新,其发展已初具规模,毕业生人数也逐年上升,其毕业生在就业方面与其他普通本专科及高职类院校相比有着较大的区别。本文就如何对温州人精神与独立学院大学生就业教育相结合进行了深入分析,以实现独立学院的大学生就业教育的提升与发展。The Wenzhou spirit is a unique spirit,that is,keeping pace with the times,self-struggling,innovative thinking,career consciousness,spirit of good faith and co-prosperity.Independent college,as an exploration and innovation of higher education mode,its development has begun to take shape,so graduates from independent colleges are also increasing.This paper analyzes in detail how to integrate the Wenzhou spirit and the employment education of students in independent colleges, so as to promote the development of employment education in independent college.
