开展全程有声护理,融洽医患关系

摘  要:目的:探讨一种适宜临床开展并能达到和谐医患关系、减少投诉、改善护士职业形象的护理工作模式。方法:在内科9个病区实施:从患者入院到出院"全程有声护理"的工作模式,全员参与,并建立质量标准与考评细则。结果:"全程有声护理"实施1年来,无1例直接护理投诉,病人对护士的满意度由实施前的91.4%上升至98%,医生对护士的满意度也由88.9%上升至96%。结论:"全程有声护理"是一种容易推广的临床护理工作模式,它的实施提高了护理质量,有效改善了医患关系,明显减少了护理相关投诉,提升了护士的职业形象,护士的职业自豪感增强。Objective:To investigate a nursing model which is beneficial to building harmonious relationship of doctors and patients,decreasing the clinical complaints and? improving the professional image of nurse.Methods: 9 medical disease areas and all the staff member were involved.The full-trip audio nursing was launched and the quality of these was evaluated.Results: There were no medical complaints and nurse lossing in 6 monthes after the full-trip audio nursing was carried out.The satisfication with patients to nursing was promoted from 91.4% to 98%.The satisfication with doctors to nursing was promoted from 88.9% to 96%Conclusion: The full-trip audio nursing improved the quality of nursing,the relationship between doctors and patients and the professional image of nurse.It was easy to spread for clinical needs.
