摘　　要：大学组织文化是大学组织根本属性及其独特性的集中反映。大学组织的理性文化、包容文化、人本文化、恒动文化共同赋予了大学以厚重与朝气。分析了大学组织文化的现状,并就如何充分发挥大学组织文化的积极作用,提出了倡扬学术至上的价值理念,规范大学组织行为及注重组织精神的培育之策略。The obvious and unique characteristic of the univer- sity organization is concentratedly reflected by the organization culture of the university.The organizational rational culture,co- ntaining culture,humanistic culture,and perpetual dynamic cul- ture of the university organization gives the university perman- ently sincere and the vitality.This paper analyzed the present organization culture situation of the university,and proposed the strategy to spread the academic supreme value idea,to standard the behavior of the university and pay great attention to organi- zational spirit in view of how to fully display the positive role the organization culture of the university.
