摘　　要：高校学生管理工作者就如何客观、公正、科学评选先进班级遇到了困难。本文建议各高校根据自身的情况,依据绩效管理的办法,采用层次分析法(AHP),德尔菲法(Delphi)设置先进班级一级、二级量化评价指标,并建立二级指标评价标准。采用以上方法,高校学生管理工作者可使先进班级的评选过程客观、公正,评选出的先进班级名副其实,凸显先进班级评选工作的价值导向。College student administrators come up against difficulties about how to choose advanced class objectively, justly, scientifically.According to college＇s own peculiarity and performance management process,this paper suggest that college could establish one class index,two class index of advanced class quantitative evaluation with AHP method,Delphi method,and set the criterion of two class index.Based on above method,college student administrators could make the process of advanced class evaluation more objective, just, the advanced class is veritable, which highlights the value orientation of advanced class evaluation.
