国外会展教育的类型及其特点研究

摘　　要：会展产业的发展水平与人才的匹配有密切的关系,国外发达的会展产业有其相应的人才体系支撑。本文将国外会展教育分为短期培训类、职业教育类、学术理论类及大商科类,并结合代表性的案例论述了这四大类型教育产生的背景及其特点,以期对国外会展教育体系形成一种完整的认识。Since development of MICE industry is closely matched with the personnel system,the developed industry abroad is strongly supported by this system.This article explored foreign MICE education in 4 categories as vocational education, short-term training,academic one and the one embedded in commercial discipline in the way of case studies to get a whole conception about the foreign MICE education system.
