摘　　要：在当今社会,作为白衣天使的一部分人以开药牟取私利,视患者死活如儿戏,引发医闹事件,并在全国范围内逐步升级,由小到大,由弱到强,最后发展到带有黑社会组织性质的职业医闹群体行为。本文通过对"医闹"这一社会现象进行分析,为构建多元、灵活、高效的医疗纠纷解决机制,提出一些设想。In today＇s society,despite the patient＇s health,part of the doctors prescribe medicine for profit,utterly devoid of conscience.Therefore,the severe medical dispute will occur,and it escalates in the country,from small to big,from weak to strong,and it even develops into a group behavior of hired hospital violators with the nature of underworld organization.In this paper,this social phenomenon of ＂severe medical dispute＂ is analyzed,and some proposals are put forward in order to build a diverse,flexible,and efficient medical dispute resolution mechanism.
