乳房囊性增生病患者免疫功能变化临床研究

摘　　要：我们对75例乳房囊性增生病患者免疫功能变化进行了观察，发现本组患者乳房囊性增生病者近28％有免疫功能失调，淋巴细胞转化率，皮肤免疫功能、IgG、IgA明显低于对照组，这些患者病史有初潮早，绝经＞50岁，经期长，乳头溢液，母系家族有患乳癌史。建议临床医师对乳房囊性增生病患者同时有免疫功能低下者行手术治疗．The immune function variations were observed in 75 cases of fibrocystic mastophathia It was found that the lymphocyte blastogenesis proportion and dermatic or humoral immunity (IgA and IgG) of the patients decreased obviously in contal with health people. These patients had some clinical features, such as advanced menopenia, delayed menopause (age>50), papilla overfiowing and familia matocarcinoma history of matrilineal family. It is concluded the kind of patients should choose operative therapy.
