普瑞搏思对糖尿病胃肠道功能紊乱疗效的探讨

摘　　要：目的：研究普瑞搏思对糖尿病胃肠道功能紊乱的治疗作用．方法：采用放射性核素99mTc。标记试餐，计算机断层摄影（SPECT）显像技术检测107例糖尿病患者的胃半排空时间（T1/2），同时检测空腹血糖．结果：47例患者（43．9％）胃T1／2延迟，将以上47例患者随机分为二组：A组24例，降糖药加普瑞搏思30mg／d；B组23例，单用降糖药．二组疗程均为1个月．A组有效来为91．6％，B组均无效。比较对胄轻瘫、血糖的疗效，A组优于B组．结论：糖尿病性胃轻瘫与高血糖相关．普瑞搏思是有力的促进胄动力的药物，对糖尿病性胄轻瘫有一定的疗效．Objective : To study the therapeutice effect of cisapride on diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods: Half gastric emptying time (T1/2) of the meal biradiolabelled with 99mTc, was determined by SPECT technique in 107 DM. Fasting blood glucose concentration was exaxnined simultaneously Results. 47 cases (43.9%) showed a delay of gastric (T1/2). The 47 cases with gastrointestinal dysfunction divided into two groups. 24 cases in A group were both given hypoglycemic agent and cisapride (30mg/d) and 23 cases of B group were given hypoglycemic agent alone, with the therapy course of both groups of one month and with the effecfive rate of 91 .6% in Group A and with no effect in Group B. Conclusion : Cisapride is a potent gastrkinetic drug with favorable effect on diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction.
