摘　　要：目的:根据指南要求,调查2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者主要心血管危险因素的控制情况,分析影响血糖的相关因素。方法:采用横断面调查方法,对收集的2型糖尿病合并冠心病者421例进行问卷调查、体格检查及血液检查,以获取一般资料、血糖、血压、血脂及体质量等。按指南标准计算各指标达标率。结果:HbA1c、收缩压、舒张压、HDL-C、TG、LDL-C和BMI的达标率,分别是61.9%、43.2%、69.3%、62.4%(男性)/50.1%(女性)、43.3%、63.1%和29.1%(男性)/32.9%(女性)。影响血糖的因素有饮食运动控制、规律用药和知晓血糖控制目标。结论:2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者控制现状与指南要求仍有差距,可通过加强患者的自我管理和糖尿病知识的认知,提高治疗质量。Objective： To investigate the control of cardiovascular risk factors in patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease（CHD） according to guideline.Methods： The cross-sectional study was undertaken on 421 diabetic patients with CHD.The patients＇medical history were obtained by questionnaire,Patients＇physical examination and sample of patients＇ venous blood were taken to analyse for glycated haemoglobin A1c（HbA1C）,blood pressure,lipid profile and body mass index（BMI） and son on.Achivement of Treatment goals for metabolic indexes were calculated according to guideline.Results：Treatment goals for HbA1C,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,high-density lipoprptein cholesterol（men/women）,triglyceride,low-density lipoprptein cholesterol and BMI（men/women） were achieved in 61.9%,43.2%,69.3%,62.4%（men）/50.1%（women）,43.3%,63.1% and 29.1%（men）/32.9%（women）respectively.Controlled diet,taking regular exercises,regular oral drugs,and knowledge about target on HbA1C were main factors that influenced blood glucose control.Conclusion： There were still gap between achivement of disease control targets in patients with type 2 diabetes and CHD and the guideline-defined treatment goals.The high therapy quality can be achived by improving piatents＇ self-management and knowledge about diabetes.
