摘  要:火电厂烟气脱硫系统设置烟气旁路的目的是为了在事故状态或FGD检修时打开脱硫系统的旁路挡板,使锅炉原烟气通过旁路进入烟囱,从而保护FGD装置安全和机组的稳定运行。随着国家环保政策的深入和节能减排的现实要求,一些先进电厂已经尝试逐步取消烟气脱硫系统的旁路,通过技术改进和运行手段的提高来实现无脱硫旁路机组的安全运行。以某1000MW新建机组为例,介绍了无旁路脱硫系统运行方式及存在的问题,并对相关问题的措施进行了积极的探讨,为以后新建机组采用无旁路运行方式提供了有益的经验。The bypass of flue gas desulfurization system in thermal power plants is intended to open in the acci- dent state or when FGD system in maintenance so that the boiler flue gas can go through ,thereby protecting the safety operation of the unit and FGD installations. With the national environmental policy in - depth and practical energy saving requirements,a number of advanced thermal power plants have been trying to cancel the bypass of flue gas desulfurization system by means of technological improvements and level raise of operation. Taking the new 1000MW unit without FGD bypass running as an example,the operation mode and the existing prob- lems are introduced mainly and a number of related measures are provided for solving these problems. It pro- vides useful experience for the future use of the new unit operation without bypass.
