摘　　要：在健全公共财政对民办高等教育的扶持政策中,其中有关贫困地区农村生源的特别资助需重点关注,这关系到这一群体能否获得接受高等教育平等机会,以及公共财政在推进高等教育供给均等化方面能否发挥积极的作用。In the supportive policy on non-governmental higher education by perfecting public finance, we should provide the students in poverty-stricken area with special support enabling them to gain the equal opportunity of higher education in terms of their potential and efforts. In this way, the public finance can make more contribution to promoting equalization of university entrance opportunities, thus making full use of finance, further achieving education value and keeping balance between equality and efficiency.
