摘　　要：高等院校按专业招生模式,往往会产生学生对所学专业满意度不高、学业成就感不强、专业选择自由度不大和职业期待吻合度较低等弊端。本文基于当前高等院校本科专业招生的现状和困境,尝试构建基于专业自主选择的人才培养流程体系、具有多层次选择空间的课程结构体系和体现学生成才选择自主权的若干专业选择机制,为提高学生对专业的满意度和学业成就感、缓解毕业生就业的结构性矛盾提供一些思路。The university enrollment based on majors always cause some problems, such as, disappointment of students towards their current majors, low-level achievement .in academic study, narrowed scale of majors selection and unexpected in- consistence between majors and careers. The paper indicates the current condition of the university enrollment based on majors and attempts to establish talent cultivation system based on autonomous major selection and multi-level courses systems in or- der to achieve students＂ satisfaction of their majors and self-fulfillment in academic study, and alleviate the conflicts in gradu- ate employment,
