摘　　要：如何提高学生的就业竞争力,以创业带动就业,培养学生的创新能力,是每个高校必须思考的问题。本文在高校开展创业教育活动的基础上,探讨高校创新创业人才培养体系构建的问题,提出大学生创业模拟实训系统设计的方法。How to promote graduates＇ competence in job market and cultivate innovation is faced by colleges. Under the basis of entrepreneurship education in eollege, the current paper explored the innovative talents training model, discussed challenges of innovative talents training system in college, and proposed the methods of simulative training system design for college students.
