摘 要:太湖蓝藻打捞的藻浆经脱水产生的压滤液中含有氮、磷、藻毒素等污染物质,若不经处理,重新进入水域将造成二次污染。为此,采用占地小、适合移动船上使用的BAF工艺进行处理试验,考察了水力负荷对COD、氨氮、总氮、总磷、微囊藻毒素(MC-LR)去除效果的影响。结果表明,水力负荷在0.10~0.58m3/(m2.h)的范围内,COD、氨氮、总氮、总磷、MC-LR的去除率分别达52.31%、47.99%、4.48%、50.00%、67.98%以上,当进水COD≤92.03mg/L、MC-LR≤2.38μg/L,其出水浓度分别达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB 18918-2002)》中的一级A标准和我国《生活饮用水卫生标准(GB 5749-2006)》的限值要求。经测算,1m3废水处理成本约为0.4元,可作为移动式蓝藻打捞船集约化处理藻浆压滤液的配套污水处理设施。The algae pulp from Taihu Lake produce leachate containing nitrogen, phosphorus, algae toxin and so on in the process of dehydration. If these pollutants were not disposed properly, they could enter into water body and cause secondary pollution. So the biological aerated filter having the advantage of occupying small areas of sand suitable for mobile ships is used to treat the leachate. The influence of hydraulic loading on COD, NHs-N, TN, TP MC-LR removal are studied. When the hydraulic loading ranges from 0.10 to 0. 58 mg/(m2 h), the removal rate of COD, NHs-H, TN, TP and MC-LR are more than 52. 31%,47. 99%,4. 48%, 50.00% ,67.98%, respectively. When the influent concentration of COD and MC-LR are less than 92.03 mg/L and 2.38 μg/L, the effluent concentration respectively meet the requirements of class A of the first-class of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Munici- pal Waste-water Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002) and Standards for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749-2006) in China. The treat- ment cost is about 0. 4 yuan/m3 , so the BAF technology had the advantage as supporting devices of mobile ship for algae leachate treatment economically and technically.
