和肠止泻穴贴治疗功能性腹泻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:运用和肠止泻穴贴治疗功能性腹泻并进行临床观察,观察其疗效并证实其安全性、有效性,为开发高效、新型的治疗药物奠定基础,为功能性腹泻的治疗提供有效的方法。方法:以功能性腹泻患者60例为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组30例,应用和肠止泻穴贴治疗为治疗组,通过以思密达治疗为对照组,采用随机对照的方法,观察临床病情及治疗前后患者的症状改善及总疗效。结果:治疗组治疗功能性腹泻患者治愈11例,占36.70%;显效12例,占40%;有效5例,占20%;无效2例,占6.67%;总有效率为93.33%。对照组治愈7例,占23.33%;显效9例,占30%;有效9例,占30%;无效5例,占16.67%;总有效率为83.33%。治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);同时,在中医证候总积分和单项症状改善方面,治疗组的结果也优于对照组。结论:本临床研究表明和肠止泻穴贴组方合理,配伍精当,理论及临床研究显示和肠止泻穴贴治疗功能性腹泻有良好的疗效,尤其对改善大便次数、大便性状、腹痛腹胀有极显著的疗效,而且临床观察中未见明显的毒副作用。显示和肠止泻穴贴在本病的治疗上有着明显的优势,证明了和肠止泻穴贴是治疗功能性腹泻的有效外用贴剂,疗效确切,值得推广。Objective：Use Hechang Zhixie acupoint sticking to observe the curative effect and confirm its security and effectiveness.To develop effective and new medicine treatment.The treatment of functional diarrhea provides effectiveness.Methods：This topic was functional diarrhea patients as the research object,the application of Hechang Zhixie acupoint sticking for the treatment group,set control group,the randomized method,and treatment of patients with functional diarrhea among 60 cases,observe clinical condition and treatment of patients with symptoms improved before and after total curative effect.Results：Treatment group therapy in patients with functional diarrhea 11 cases were cured,accounted for 36.70%;12 cases were markedly improved,accounted for 40%;Effective in 5 cases,20%;Invalid in 2 cases,6.67%;The total effective rate was 93.33%;The control group cured 7 patients,23.33%;9 cases were markedly improved,accounted for 30%;Effective 9 cases,30%;Invalid in 5 cases,16.67%;The total effective rate was 83.33%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）;Meanwhile,in Chinese medicine syndrome total credit and single symptoms improved and the results of the treatment group were better than those in control group.Conclusion：The clinical studies show that the treatment of Hechang Zhixie acupoint sticking has a significant effect on functional diarrhea.And Hechang Zhixie acupoint sticking formula is reasonable,compatible concept.Theory and clinical studies show that it has a good curative effect,especially for improving defecate number,defecate traits,abdominal pain abdominal distension there is an obvious significance.Clinical observation shows that there is an obvious side effect.Hechang Zhixie acupoint sticking in the treatment of the disease has obvious advantages which is worthy of being popularized.
