摘  要:目的了解高校学生抑郁、焦虑的治疗情况,为改善大学生心理健康水平提供参考依据。方法对2000年2月至2010年3月在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院神经内科和心理门诊就诊的398例大学生抑郁、焦虑患者进行研究,使用哈密尔顿(Hamilton)抑郁量表和哈密尔顿(Hamilton)焦虑量表进行抑郁、焦虑症状评定,对每例患者均进行心理认知治疗,并分别予以氟西汀和艾司唑仑进行治疗,治疗时间为8周。结果 398例研究对象焦虑和抑郁轻度、中度、重度的构成比在性别病种方面差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。随着患者抑郁\焦虑程度的加重,治疗率逐渐增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同专业和父母的文化程度对治疗结果有一定影响。结论大学生抑郁焦虑患者主动就诊的意识不强,应积极采取相应措施,提高早期就诊率,改善大学生的心理健康水平。Objective To study the prevalence of depression and anxiety and the treatment among undergraduates, and to provide reference for improving their psychological health. Methods The depth-interview was used among 398 undergraduate patients who suffered from depression and anxiety and came to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from February 2000 to March 2010. By using Hamilton Depression Scale and Hanfihon Anxiety Scale, all the patients were divided into three groups: Slight group, moderate group and severe group. The depression patients were given fluoxetine and clonazepam, and the anxiety patients were given amitriptyline and estazolam. Results The proportion of depression and anxiety levels had no statistical significant difference by age, gender and personal educational background ( P 〉 0.05 ). As the illness progressed, the treatment rate increased and the recovery rate decreased. But the external factors, parental educational background and family economics contributed as well(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Differences are found in the recognization about illness, clinical manifestation and the treatment. Some targeted treatment and intervention should be given to the undergraduates.
