摘 要:目的了解广州市大学生宿舍人际关系现况、影响因素及其应对方式,为高校预防和应对大学生宿舍冲突提供科学依据。方法采用自编问卷,对随机整群抽取的广州市1 319名在校大学生进行调查。结果多数大学生(77.1%)对宿舍人际关系有较好的满意度。组间比较发现,女生、港澳台及海外留学生、成绩较好、待在宿舍的时间长、经常参加宿舍活动的大学生对其宿舍关系满意度相对较高(P值均<0.05)。女生、曾住过集体宿舍、与室友同班的大学生对室友关系的重视程度相对较高(P值均<0.05)。大学生对宿舍人际关系的满意度与重视程度呈正相关(r=0.30,P=0.000)。影响宿舍关系的前3位原因为性格不合(46.7%)、生活习惯差异(17.2%)及兴趣志向不同(11.4%)。发生宿舍矛盾时,女生、成绩较好的大学生更倾向于采取积极应对(P值均<0.05)。大学生对室友关系的重视程度、满意度及相处的和谐程度与TCSQ量表积极应对得分均呈正相关(P值均<0.05)。结论高校应大力开展应对宿舍冲突的心理教育辅导,增强大学生的人际交往能力,改善宿舍人际关系。Objective To understand present situation, influencing factors and countermeasures of interpersonal relationship inside dormitory of college students in Guangzhou, and to provide a scientific basis for universities to prevent and deal with conflicts and contradictions in college students' dormitory. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was adopted to survey 1 319 college students, and the differences were analyzed. Results The majority of students (77.1% ) satisfied interpersonal relationship in dorm better. After the comparing of different groups, girls, foreign students and those who had better grades, stayed in the dorm longer or participated dorm activities more showed relatively high satisfaction of interpersonal relationships. While girls and who had dormitory experiences or shared rooms with their classmates attached relatively more importance to roommate relationships ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was positive correlation between the satisfaction of interpersonal relationships in dorm and the importance attached to it(r = 0.30 ,P = 0. 000). The top three causes affecting interpersonal relationship were personality clashes, lifestyle differences and contradictions in interests. Facing dormitory contradictions, girls and those who had better grades tended to take a positive response. TCSQ measurement results showed that there was a positive correlation between degree of attention, satisfaction or harmony/coexistence and actively responding scores( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Colleges should vigorously carry out psychological education and counseling on contradictions and conflicts inside dorm, to enhance college students' interpersonal skills and improve dormitory relationships.
