摘 要:目的探讨健康促进学校模式在流动儿童中开展心理干预的有效性,为流动儿童心理干预提供依据。方法运用整体健康促进模式在拱墅区某民工子弟学校开展为期2 a的健康促进学校试点工作,并重点在健康管理、健康教育健康服务3个方面进行心理干预。干预前后采用同一心理健康调查表进行调查。结果实施干预措施后,流动儿童的自信心增强,2项指标的报告率分别从64.1%,65.3%提高至78.3%,82.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。学生在不同环境中的大多数指标都表现为向积极方向转变(P值均<0.05),吸烟、饮酒的行为较干预前有了明显改善,报告率从13.8%,39.5%分别降至3.6%,23.1%(P值均<0.05)。结论创建健康促进学校能有效提高流动儿童的心理健康水平,可以在民工子弟学校中推广。Objective To explore the effectiveness of Health-promoting School (HPS) g model on psychological intervention among floating children and to provide evidence for the intervention. Methods The pilot project was conducted among children in a school of migrant workers with the model of whole-health promotion, which emphasized on psychological intervention. The survey was carried out before and after the intervention with the same questionnaire on mental health. Results After the intervention, the floating children' self-confidence was enhanced, 2 items differences were statistical significance(P 〈 0.05) ; Most of the parameters improved significantly in different environments ( P 〈 0.05 ). Smoking and drinking behavior showed obvious improvement after intervention(P 〈0.05 ) , and the reporting rate was 3.6% and 23.1%, which decreased from 13.8% and 39.5% respectively. Conclusion It is necessary to develop HPS on improving mental health level of floating children, which is worthy of popularizing among schools aged children of migrant workers.
