摘 要:针对深圳福田区大型地下车站底层主体结构的工程建设提出一种新型的下承台式钢管混凝土柱-钢筋混凝土梁节点构造形式。首先根据相似性原理,对其进行了正常使用工况和极限工况下的单调加载试验和破坏试验;分析该节点形式的变形、应变、裂缝的开展,破坏形态以及最终承载力能否满足设计要求;然后在合理选择材料本构关系、破坏准则的基础上,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对此试件进行非线性数值模拟,试验结果与有限元结果吻合较好。研究表明:该节点传力路线明确,受力性能良好;承台的存在增强了节点的整体性,改善了节点的受力性能;此新型节点能满足正常使用工况下的承载力设计要求,根据分析结果改进后的新型节点已经用于实际工程实践。Combing with the design and construction of super large span underground structure work in Shenzhen Futian subway station project, a new kind of SRC beam-CFST column connection is presented,which is of similar to the common reinforced concrete beam-column joint and meets the demand of architectural design well.Based on monotonic loading experiment and destructive test,the deformation,strain,crack development,failure mechanism and ultimate bearing capacity of SRC beam-CFST column connection are analyzed, then 3-D nonlinear finite element models were used to analyze the mechanical properties of this SRC beam-CFST column connection using ANSYS according to rational choice appropriate material stress-strain relations and failure criteria. The finite element analyses results are well agreed with those of the experiment. The results show that this new type joint performs well work behavior and satisfied the requirement of bearing capacity under normal use condition, the globality and mechanical behavior of the joint are improved because of the bearing platform, and the modified new type joint has been used in actural project.
