无锡市1991～2010年肠道传染病流行趋势分析

摘　　要：目的分析无锡市1991～2010年肠道传染病疫情的流行特征,进行相关预警指标探讨,为政府制定防制策略提供科学依据。方法采用Excel2000和SPSS11.0软件,用描述流行病学方法对无锡市1991～2010年报告的肠道传染病主要病种进行分析。结果无锡市1991～2010年报告甲乙类肠道传染病发病率呈下降趋势,年均发病率范围在21.22/10万～278.78/10万;主要甲乙类肠道传染病发病病种为痢疾、伤寒与副伤寒、霍乱、病毒性肝炎(甲肝和戊肝),年均发病率范围分别在17.51/10万～183.31/10万、0.39～50.12/10万、0～1.52/10万、3.14～107.46/10万;其他感染性腹泻发病率亦呈明显下降,但发病构成比有所升高。病原学监测结果表明无锡市腹泻病感染菌株以副溶血性弧菌为主(6.75%),病毒以轮状病毒(33.33%)和诺如病毒(7.95%)为主。结论肠道传染病防制虽然取得显著成绩,但仍然是无锡市应重点防制的传染病病种。OBJECTIVE To analyze the prevalent trend of intestinal infectious diseases in Wuxi and offer scientific basis for making preventive control strategy. METHODS The prevalent situation of main intestinal infectious diseases from 1991 to 2010 in Wuxi was analyzed by descriptive epidemiology method using Excel 2000 and SPSSll.0 software. RESULTS The main in- testinal infectious diseases in Wuxi were dysentery, typhoid fever, cholera and viral hepatitis （hepatitis A and hepatitis （E） . Average annual incidences of them were at the ranges of 17.51-183.31 per 100 000, 0.39-50.12 per 100 000, 0-1.52 perl00 000 and 3.14-107.46 per 100 000. The incidence of infectious diarrhea dropped from 130.23 per 100 000 in 2004 to 65.14 per 100 000 in 2010, but the proportion of infectious diarrhea cases increases. Etiological tests identified Bibrio Parahemolyticus as the major pathogenic bacteria （7.75%） and Rotavirus （33.33%） and Norovirns （7.95%） as the major causative viruses. CONCLUSION In the last 20 years from 1991 to 2010, the general trend of reported intestinal infectious diseases dropped year by year in Wuxi. Prevention and control of intestinal infectious disease have made remarkable achievements but more efforts be made in the future. It is scientific and practical to select community primary health care institutions to carry out monitoring early warning symptoms of intestinal diseases.
