摘　　要：目的计算孕产妇保健服务利用各项指标的权重,为分析孕产妇保健服务利用各个指标的重要性提供有效参考。方法利用层次分析法建立孕产妇保健服务利用指标的层次结构,构建各个层次相应的判断矩阵,通过专家对利用指标进行对比打分,计算各个指标的权重。结果得出了孕产妇保健服务利用指标的组合权重,并对其重要程度进行了排序。结论指标的相对重要性排序与实际情况基本相符;应用层次分析法时要注意打分专家的选择和专家人数的确定;在对判断矩阵各指标对比打分时,要注意赋值的合理性和逻辑性。OBJECTIVE To calculate the weight of indexes of maternal health care utilization, so to provide effective reference for the analysis of the importance of every index of maternal health care utilization. METHODS Using Analytic Hierarchy Pro- cess, our study established hierarchy of indexes of maternal health care utilization, through experts＇ marking indexes of mater- nal health care utilization, constructed the corresponding judgment matrix of all levels, and calculated the weight of each index. RESULTS We collected combined weights of indexes of maternal health care utilization, and presented the important degree order. CONCLUSION The relative importance of index＇s order is consistent with the reality. When using the analytic hierar- chy, we should pay attention to selecting scoring experts, determining the number of experts and noticing the rationality and logicality.
