摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术预见性护理。方法对某院11例腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术实施预见性护理,观察其术后高碳酸血症、尿道膀胱吻合口漏、下肢静脉血栓形成、尿道膀胱吻合口狭窄、尿失禁、性功能障碍等并发症的情况。结果预见性护理能明显减少高碳酸血症、尿道膀胱吻合口漏、下肢静脉血栓形成、尿失禁、尿道膀胱吻合口狭窄、性功能障碍等并发症的发生。结论腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术创伤小、出血少、全身反应轻,配合科学的预见性护理,可以使患者迅速康复。OBJECTIVE To investigate the predictive nursing for the patients with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. METH- ODS 11 cases of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy were predictively nursed. Hypercapnia, anastomotic leakage of bladder and urethra, venous thrombosis of lower limbs, anastomotic stricture of bladder and urethra, urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunc- tion and other complications were observed and analyzed. RESULTS The predictive nursing can significantly reduce the hyper- capnia, anastomotic leakage of bladder and urethra, venous thrombosis of lower limbs, urinary incontinence, anastomotic stenosis of bladder and urethra and sexual dysfunction. CONCLUSION Scientific predictive nurses can make the patients with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy recover quickly with little trauma, less bleeding and systemic responses.
