住院精神病患者136株葡萄球菌感染状况调查及耐药分析

摘　　要：目的:调查我院住院精神病患者葡萄球菌感染状况及常用抗生素耐药性特点,指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法:收集2009年1月～2011年12月我院感染患者中分离到的136株葡萄球菌,采用K-B法检测12种抗生素体外抗菌活性,同时检测诱导型克林霉素耐药(D-试验)在我院的发生情况。结果:MRSA及MRCNS仅对万古霉素敏感性较高,对红霉素、克林霉素、左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素等耐药率高于50%,MSSA及MSCNS对万古霉素、苯唑西林、阿米卡星、利福平、氯霉素、左氧氟沙星敏感率较高,对青霉素具有较高的耐药性,耐药率大于70%以上。结论:葡萄球菌为近年来我院感染的重要致病菌,并且大部分菌株呈多重耐药,应引起临床高度重视。Objective： To investigate staphylococcal infection status and Resistance characteristics of commonly used antibiotics in the Mental Health Center Of Yunnan Province, and Guide clinicians reasonable use of antibiotics. Methods： A total of 136 staphy- lococcal were collected from Different specimen type of the Mental Health Center Of Yunnan Province from January 2009 to December 2011, KB method detected 12 kinds of antibiotics in vitro antibacterial activity, Simultaneous detection of inducible clindamycin resist- ance （D test） in our hospital cases. Results： MRSA and MRCNS only to vaneomycin high sensitivity, and On the erythromycin, clin- damycin, levofloxacin, gentamicin resistance rates higher than 50% , MSSA and MSCNS of vancomycin, oxacillin, Amikaein, chlor- amphenicol, rifampin, levofloxacin is sensitive to the rate of higher, But to penicillin has a high resistance, resistance rate of more than 70% above. Conclusion： In recent years the Staphylococcus infection of the important pathogens in our hospital, And most are multiple drug - resistant strains, So should arouse the attention of the clinical.
