摘 要:二维非恒定流水动力学模型以圣维南方程组为基本数学方程模拟明渠水流运动规律。以佛山市中心城区为研究范围,将预测的未来短时降雨情况作为输入条件之一,结合城区高精度数字地图、地下排水管网资料、内河涌及外江水位、泵站调度等信息,运用二维非恒定流水动力学模型模拟城区受暴雨影响情况,将城区暴雨内涝模型和城市内涝预警系统应用于城市内涝预警。通过水情信息的实时监测与管理、暴雨内涝模拟、洪水预警、风险图制作及GIS应用等技术手段,为佛山市城区的防汛、内涝预警和应急调度提供决策依据和技术支持。The two-dimensional unsteady flow dynamics model uses Saint-Venant equations for basic mathematical equation to simulate open channel flow law of motion. Taking Foshan City center as range of study, future short-term rainfall which is predicted is one of the input conditions. Combining with high precision GIS city map, underground drainage network data, freshwater river and outer river water level, pumping station operation and so on, the two- dimensional unsteady flow dynamics model is used to simulate the effect of city by storm. City rainstorm waterlogging models and urban waterlogging warning system are used for urban waterlogging warning. Through the real- time monitoring and management of hydrological information, rainstorm waterlogging simulation, flood warning, hazard mapping and GIS applications etc, it provides decision-making basis and technical support for flood control, waterlogging forecast and emergency dispatch in Foshan.
