摘　　要：介绍水利运维保障平台的建设内容及具体应用情况,结合平台建设过程中的特点,分析水利运维管理系统的建设重点,提出在运维管理系统建设过程中应考虑现有管理成熟度,加强技术和管理的结合,阐述建设运维管理系统的首要目的是为了规范管理,使服务体制更规范、标准,以期对相关部门建设运维管理系统有一定指导意义。The article presents establishment and application of guarantee platform for water information system operation and maintenance, makes an analysis of key points for construction of management system for water operation and maintenance based on characteristics during establishment of the platform, offers a viewpoint of enhancing integration of technology and management with consideration on existing management maturity, elaborates the primary purpose of the system is standardization management, making service system more standard, hoping that the article can provide some guidance for construction of the similar system.
