摘 要:研究不同设计水文条件下袁河流域宜春保留区的动态纳污能力,为水环境管理提供决策依据。运用一维稳态水质模型,设计流量采用3种取法:取不同保证率最枯月流量、取不同频率年枯季平均流量、取流量历时曲线中特枯期等5个水期平均流量(简称FDC取法),分别计算了宜春保留区的COD和氨氮纳污能力。计算得不同保证率最枯月流量(50%、75%、90%保证率)的纳污能力逐渐减小,不同频率年枯季流量(平水年、偏枯年、枯水年)的纳污能力逐渐减小,FDC取法的5个水期纳污能力各不相同。结果表明3种取法都体现了纳污能力的动态性,但FDC取法是最好的方法,可计算年内不同水期的纳污能力,反映了纳污能力的季节性变化。The dynamic pollution receiving capacity in Yichun reserve area of the Yuanhe River is analyzed under different hydrological conditions to provide decision basis for the water environment management. The COD and ammonia nitrogen of the dynamic pollution receiving capacity in Yichun reserve area are estimated by using one-dimensional water quality and three methods of flow selection, including the flow of driest month in different guarantee rate, the flow of dry season in different frequency year and the flow of five water periods in Flow Duration Curves (the method of FIN2 for short). It is obtained that the capacity of the driest month flow in different guarantee rate(50 ~, 75 ~, 90~) is smaller gradually, the capacity of the dry season flow in different frequency year is smaller gradually and the capacity of the five periods of the FDC method are different. The results show that all the methods can reflect the dynamic of pollution receiving capacity, and the FDC method is the best, which can estimate the capacity of different water periods and reflect the seasonal variation of the capacity.
