摘　　要：On the afternoon of Sept. 3, 2012, 24 high-level molds and auto parts industrial projects commenced simultaneously in the high-grade die and auto parts industry base of Beilun District, Ningbo City. According to the plan, the total land area of the industry base is 2.68 million square meters. The base is divided into the public service center, dies and auto parts manufacturing areas and life supporting service areas. The base will keep the mold industry as the core （including die casting dies, large precision plastic molds, and precision stamping dies）,
