摘　　要：在简要阐述单病种付费制度改革现状的基础上,从外部宏观环境、行业环境,外部相关政策以及医院内部环境等方面,分别深刻反思当前单病种付费制度改革推行所存在的主要障碍,最后提出强化单病种付费制度改革的对策建议,特别强调当前单病种付费改革推行的关键在于提高医院核心管理层的认识,统一思想。Based on a brief description about the present situation of the episode-based payment institution reform, the paper has deeply reflected the obstacles of the episode-based payment reform from the external macro environment, industry en- vironment, external related policies and the hospital environment. In the end, the paper has proposed the corresponding suggestions, and a particular emphasis on current episode-based payment reform is the key to improve the consciousness of the hospital core management layer and unify their thoughts.
