摘 要:目的:观察中医骨折三期治疗在骨折愈合中VEGF与BMP-2表达的影响,探讨其合理性。方法:家兔建立骨折模型(n=132),随机抽6只为对准组,其余分为三期组、一期组、模型对照组(n=42)。每组分为3、6、9、14、28、42、56d(n=6)。并进行取材,组织学及免疫组化法检测分析。结果:各组术后骨折端两因子表达阳性细胞平均光密度(MOD)值:三期组>一期组>模型组(P<0.05)。结论:中药治疗能显著促进骨折愈合中VEGF与BMP-2表达,三期较强,骨折分期治疗非常必要。Objective:To observe the effects of the three period treatment theory of bone fracture in TISM (TraditIonal Chinese Medicine)on VEGF and BMP-2 expression of rabbits in the issues of fracture healing, and to explore the rationality of that method. Methods: Rabbits( n = 132) were make bone fracture models. Six rabbits randomly take into nomal group, and others were randomly divided into three groups, including three-phase treatment group (TTG) (n = 42 ), one-phase treatment group (OTG) ( n = 42), and model control group(MCG) ( n = 42). Every group have 3,6,9,14,28,42and56 day point(n = 6) , The left radiuses were taken out as the research object. Immunobistochemistry stain was performed to examinate the VEGF and BMP-2 expression in the fracture bone. Results: Group mean MOD( mean optical density)in positive cell of VEGF and BMP-2 expression in every group at deferent time points and those of more time points after operation:TTG 〉 OTG 〉 MCG ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Treating fracture in stages has more predominant effect on the expression of VEGF and BMP-2 than that of treating fracture with single prescription. The period treatment for fracture is very necessary
