参松养心胶囊治疗老年缓慢心律失常的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察参松养心胶囊治疗老年缓慢心律失常的疗效。方法:采用随机双盲平行对照法,选择老年缓慢心律失常患者92人分为药物治疗组61例,安慰剂对照组31例,观察药物组治疗前和治疗6月时,对照组入组前和入组6月时24min动态心电图的平均心率、室早、室速、房早、房速及阵发房颤的数量变化和心超测量的左房面积、右房面积、左室收末、左室舒末数值的变化。结果:2组治疗缓慢性心律失常总有效率分别为治疗组91.8%和对照组0%(P<0.01);治疗组24min动态心电图的平均心率、室早、室速数量治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组心超测量的左房面积、右房面积、左室收缩末期容积、左室舒张末期容积的数值治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组房早、房速和阵发房颤发作数量在治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组以上参数入组前和入组后6月差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊对老年缓慢心律失常患者的房性心律失常有明显抑制作用。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Shensongyangxin （SSYX） capsules on treating bradyarrhythmia in senile patients. Methods： The randomized, double-blind, parallel-controlled trial method was conducted. 92 senile bradyarrhythmia cases were divided into the treatment group of SSYX capsules （61 cases） and the control group of the placebos （31 cases）. The mean heart rate , premature ventricular contractions （PVC） , ventricular tachycardia （VT） , premature atrial contractions（PAC）, atrial tachycardia （AT） and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation （PAF）were monitored and calculated with 24-hour H oher electrocardiogram. The left atrial area（LAA） , right atrial area（ RAA）, left ventricular end- systolic volume （LVESV） and left ventricular end diastolic volume （LVEDV）were measured by two-dimensional echocardiography ; The endpoint was the change of mean heart rate , PVCs, VTs, PACs, ATs and PAFs numbers and LAA, RAA, LVESV and LVEDV values after six-month medication with SSYX capsules and the placebos , respectively. Results： The total efficiency rate of treatment group was 91.8 % , while the control group was 0% （P 〈 0.01 ） ; In the treatment group , The comparison before and after （6 months） treatment showed that there were no significantly difference of mean heart rate , PVCs, VTs, PACs, ATs and PAFs numbers monitored and calculated with 24-hour Hoher electrocardiogram and LAA, RAA, LVESV and LVEDV values measured by two-dimensional echocardiography （ P 〉 O. 05 ） ; but there were significantly difference of PACs, ATs and PAFs numbers （P 〈 0.01 ）; While in the control group, there were no significantly difference of all above parameters before and after （ 6 months ） treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ; SSYX capsules have significant inhibited efficacy on atrial arrhythmias in elderly patients with bradyarrhythmia
