涌泉穴治疗鼻衄中医机制探讨

摘　　要：鼻衄为临床常见病症,本文通过查阅文献发现,涌泉穴治疗鼻衄具有独特疗效,故对此归纳分析并探讨其疗效机制。涌泉穴为肾经井穴,善于滋阴清热,且涌泉穴位于脚心处,能引热下行,故能凉血止衄。临床上涌泉治疗鼻衄多采用穴位贴敷、艾灸、针刺、火罐等方法。Epistaxis is a common clinical disease. The author observes Yong Quan acupoint （K11） has specific clinical effects on epistaxis through the literature and clinical practices. K11 is located in the bottom of a person＇s foot, as the Jing point of kidney channel of foot shao-yin, which can be adept in clearing heat, nourishing yin and stopping bleeding. There are many different ways of Yong Quan acupoint to treat epistaxis like point application, moxibustion, needing, cupping and so on.
