摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合隔物温和灸治疗原发性痛经技术的有效性、安全性和经济性。方法:采用多中心、随机、平行对照试验的研究方法,将120例原发性痛经患者随机分为2组,治疗组80例,对照组40例。治疗组采用针刺结合隔物温和灸技术;对照组口服布洛芬胶囊;采用经期及前后腹痛平均积分等指标,观察3个月经周期。结果:2组经期及前后腹痛平均积分比较治疗组显效率47.5%,有效率51.3%,总有效率98.8%;对照组显效率7.5%,有效率15.0%,总有效率22.5%,2组比较有显著性差别(P<0.05)。观察期间治疗组无1例发生不良反应。治疗组3个疗程治疗成本费110.70元。结论:针刺结合隔物温和灸治疗原发性痛经技术疗效优良、安全可靠且经济性良好。Objective： To observe the efficacy, safety and economy of acupuncture combined with separated object warming moxibustion in treating essential dysmenorrhea. Method ：Applying with the method of multicentre, random, parallel contrast test,120 patients with essential dysmenorrhea were randomly allocated into 2 groups ,80 patients in treatment group,40 patients in control group. Acupuncture combined with separated object warming moxibustion was administered in Treatment group. However, Ibuprofen capsules were administered in control group. The indices of stomachache average accumulated points during menstruation , before and after menstruation were observed for 3 menstrual cycles. Results ： In the stomachache average accumulated points,the excellent rate was 47.5% , the effective rate was 51.3% , the total effective rate was 98.8 % in treatment group. Such indices were 7.5%, 15.0% and 22.5% in control group. It had a significant difference,as compared with control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the whole process of observation, none of adverse effects were found. The cost price during 3 courses of treatment was 110.70 yuan. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect, safety and economy of acupuncture combined with separated object warming moxibustion in treating essential dysmenorrhea was excellent.
