PCOS患者判断肥胖人体测值与肝前脂肪厚度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨PCOS有关肥胖人体测量值与肝前脂肪厚度的关系。方法对217例PCOS患者测量身高、体重、腰围、臀围等判断肥胖的人体测量指标,并用超声检测肝前脂肪厚度,分析上述人体测量值与肝前脂肪厚度的关系。结果相关分析显示体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围、腰臀比(WHR)等判断肥胖的人体测量指标与肝前脂肪厚度均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 PCOS患者有关肥胖人体测值与肝前脂肪厚度存在正相关,而超声检测肝前脂肪厚度更为直观、精确。Objective To study the correlation analysis among mearurements about obesity and prehepatic fat thickness by ultrasonography in the Polycystic Ovary Syndrome（PCOS）.Methods mearued the heigh,weigth,the circle of waist,the circle of hip et＇al,Detected subcostal prehepatic fat thickness by ultrasound in 217 case with PCOS.Results there is a positive correlation BMI,the circle of waist,the circle of hip et＇al between the prehepatic fat thickness in PCOS.Conclusion Prehepatic fat thickness has a good correlation by ultrasonic tested,and it also has a good correlation with the mearurements with obesity in PCOS.It is a more simple and practical method for measttrement of visceral fat.
