中青年高血压患者综合干预前后生存质量评价研究

摘　　要：目的了解本地区现阶段的高血压患者生存质量状况,分析生存质量评价在高血压防治中的作用。方法采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100中文版),选取健康体检中发现的18～59岁中青年高血压病患者200例,1:1建立健康对照组,分别测定病例组和对照组的生存质量及病例组患者进行1年干预治疗前后的生存质量。结果中青年高血压患者包括生理、心理、独立能力、社会关系、生活环境、宗教信仰与精神寄托等领域及生存质量总评分方面均低于健康对照组,而综合干预后高血压患者的生存质量明显上升。结论高血压的治疗不仅是为了控制血压和确保数值上的达标,更重要的还要关注患者生存质量的改善。从患者的生理健康、心理状态、独立能力、社会关系、个人信仰和周围环境的关系等综合因素去考虑高血压的个体化合理治疗,才有可能达到较佳的治疗效果。Objective To study local life quality of hypertension patients at the present stage and role of life quality evaluation in prevention and treatment of hypertension.Methods The WHO quality of life scale（WHOQOL-100 chinese Edition）,select the healthy physical examination was found in the 18~59 years old in young patients with hypertension in 200 cases,1：1 established in 1 healthy controls,were measured in case group and control group,and quality of life of patients with a group 1 years intervention survival quality before and after treatment.Results Young and middle-aged patients with hypertension including physiological,psychological,independent ability,social relations,living environment,religious beliefs and spiritual sustenance and survival quality in areas such as total score were lower than those of healthy controls,and after comprehensive intervention of hypertension patients＇ life quality rises apparently.Conclusion Treatment of hypertension is not only to control blood pressure and to ensure that the value of the standard,it is more important that we should pay attention to the improvement of quality of life in patients with.From the patient＇s physiological health,psychological state,independence,social relationships,personal beliefs and the surrounding environment and other factors to consider the relationship between high blood disease individualized treatment,will it be possible to achieve better treatment effect.
