卡孕栓联合异丙酚在无痛人流中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨卡孕栓联合异丙酚在无痛人流中的临床意义。方法选择妊娠6～8周,无阴道分娩史,自愿要求行无痛人流妇女120例,随机分为两组。研究组术前1h阴道后穹窿放置卡孕栓1mg,对照组不用任何药物。观察患者宫口松弛情况、子宫收缩程度以及术中出血量。结果研究组术中宫口松弛情况、子宫收缩程度以及出血量均明显好于对照组(P<0.01)。结论卡孕栓在无痛人流中能显著改善宫颈条件,同时对子宫有明显收缩作用,减少术中出血量。Objective To study the clinical significances of carboprost methylate suppositories combined with propofol used in painless artificial abortion.Methods 120 nultiparous women with pregnant lengths from 6 to 8 weeks and asking for abortion were objects divided into two groups.1 hour before the operation,carboprost methylate suppositories（1 mg） was applied in posterior fornix in the study group while the control group does not use any medicine.The dilation of cervix,contraction of uterus and the blood loss in operation were observed.Results The study group were significantly better than the control group in all three asperts（P0.01）.Conclusion Carboprost methylate suppositories can remarkably improve the degree of cervical relaxation and uterine contraction,and it can significantly reduce blood loss during painless artificial abortion.
