摘　　要：目的探讨微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨干骨折的临床效果。方法自2006年4月至2008年8月微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨干骨折24例,按AO分型标准:A型12例,B型8例,C型4例。结果 24例获得随访,平均15个月(10～21个月),X线片显示骨折全部一期愈合,平均愈合时间为6个月,均无感染、骨不连、钢板松动等并发症。按照Rodriquez-Merchan评分标准;优18例,良4例,可2例,优良率91.7%。结论微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨干骨折,符合生物力学固定的观念,手术操作简单,创伤小,内固定牢靠,骨折愈合率高。Objective Toinvestigate the clinical results of surgical treatment of humeral shaft fractures with minimally invasive percutaneous looking plate osteosynthesis.Methods From April 2006 to August 2008,24 patients with humeral shaft fractures were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous looking plate osteosynthesis.According to AO classification,twelve patients belonged to type A,eight type B,andfour type C.Results Twenty-four patients were followed up for 10 to 21 months,with an average time of 15 months.The X-ray pictures showed that one-stage union was achieved in the patients,with a mean healing time of 4 months.No complications such as infection,non-union,loosening of plates were found.The clinical results were evaluated by Rodriquez-Merchan scoring.Eighteen were rated as excellent,four as good and two as fair,with the good-excellent rate being 91.7%.Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous looking plate osteosynthesis can better accord with the idea of biomechanics.The operation offers easy manipulation,minute trauma,strong fixation and better rate of bone healing.
