腹部闭合性损伤的临床诊断与外科治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹部闭合性损伤的诊断与外科治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2009～2011年间收治的45例腹部闭合性损伤患者的临床资料,总结临床诊断及治疗经验。结果本组45例腹部闭合性损伤患者经外科手术治疗后,治愈39例,治愈率为86.7%,死亡6例,死亡率为13.3%,其中4例患者死于多器官功能衰竭,2例患者死于失血性休克。术后4例患者出现并发症,并发症发生率为8.9%,其中2例患者出现肺部感染,1例患者发生肠梗阻,1例患者出现切口感染。结论腹部闭合性损伤的临床病情较为复杂,早期诊断并采取有效的手术治疗方式对于提高治愈率,降低死亡率具有重要的意义。Objective To explore the diagnosis and surgical treatment methods of blunt abdominal injury.Methods A retrospective analysis of 45 cases with blunt abdominal injury from 2009 to 2011 years in our hospital was operated,summarized the clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment.Results After surgical operation treatment,in the 45 cases of blunt abdominal injury,39 cases were cured,the cure rate was 86.7%,6 cases died,the mortality rate was 13.3%,of which 4 patients died of multiple organ failure,2 cases died of hemorrhagic shock.Postoperative complications occurred in 4 patients,the complication rate was 8.9%,of which 2 cases with pulmonary infection,1 cases occurred intestinal obstruction,1 cases occurred incision infection.Conclusion Clinical condition of blunt abdominal injury is relatively complex,early diagnosis and taking effective operation treatment has important significance to decrease the mortality and increase the cure rate.
