摘  要:目的 明确头颈部血管畸形的磁共振影像特征。材料与方法 对 5 1例头颈部血管畸形患者进行磁共振检查 ,其中静脉畸形 3 2例 ,毛细血管畸形 3例 ,混合性血管畸形 3例 ,动静脉畸形 13例。磁共振扫描仪为PhilipsGyroscanNT 1.0T ,常规进行T1及T2 WI检查。结果 静脉畸形为T2 WI上高信号、均匀的团块影 ;毛细血管畸形在MRI上不能显示 ;动静脉畸形为不规则的蜂窝状流空血管巢及曲张的营养血管 ,T1及T2 WI都表现为低信号影 ;混合性血管畸形兼具有静脉畸形和动静脉畸形的表现特点。结论 :MRI在显示头颈部血管畸形的范围及区别病变的高、低流速方面是非常有用的诊断工具。Objective: To characterize the MR appearance of the vascular malformations of the head and neck.Materials and Methods Of 51 patients with vascular lesions of the head and neck, 32 were low flow lesions (29 venous malformations, 3 capillary malformations), 13 high flow lesions and 3 invasive combined malformations. MR scanning was performed in all patients.Results Capillary malformation could not be demonstrated on MRI. Venous malformation showed venous lakes, presented as homogeneous region of high signal intensity on T 2WI, and phleboliths, presented as lower signal foci. High flow lesions demonstrated characteristic serpiginous signal void. Combined vascular malformations carried features of both low and high flow lesions.Conclusion MR is very helpful in delineating the extent of disease and in differentiating low flow with high flow vascular lesions.
