正常的肺韧带和膈神经在胸片上能看到吗?

摘　　要：目的　探讨正常人胸透 (片 )上膈顶尖角状突起影的解剖学基础。材料与方法　胸透正常人 2 0 43例 ,对膈顶有尖角状影者其中 13例行胸部正侧位摄片和HRCT扫描对照。复习 117例正常胸部常规CT扫描肺窗片。用间距 5mm的HRCT扫描 2 0例正常人下胸部。结果　胸透 (片 )膈顶尖角状影检出率 :男 3 .5 % ,女 7.0 %。结论　胸透 (片 )膈顶尖角状突起影CT上显示为肺韧带或膈神经。Objective To study the anatomical basis of sharp horn like opacity at diaphragmatic fornices on chest fluoroscope or chest film in normal subjects.Materials and Methods (1) Chest fluoroscopy was performed in 2043 normal subjects, and PA and lateral chest films as well as HRCT were made in 13 cases showing sharp horn like opacity ar diaphragmatic fornices. (2) The conventional chest CT scans of 117 normal cases were reviewed with lung window. (3) HRCT scanning using 5mm intervals of lower thorax was conducted in 20 normal subjects.Results The sharp horn like opacity at diaphragmatic fornices on chest fluoroscope or chest film was demonstrated in 3.5% and 7.0% of normal male and female, respectively. Conclusion Observation with CT scanning indicates that the sharp horn like opacity at diaphragmatic fornices on chest fluoroscope or chest film in normal subjects is the projection of pulmonary ligament or phrenic nerve.
