摘　　要：在研究参考国内有关企业创新能力评价的理论和相关文章的基础上,结合石家庄市创新型城市建设的工作实践,按照可操作性、统一性和可比性的原则,构建了石家庄市创新型城市建设管理中创新型企业指标评价体系和方法,用以推动和加强石家庄市创新型城市建设中企业科技创新管理工作。This paper has compared the present studies of science and technology innovation evaluation for enterprises, and proposes an evaluation index system and method which is workable in the management practices in the construction of innovative city of Shijiazhuang municiple.
