国际化大都市背景下的国际化人才培养

摘　　要：通过对国际化人才内涵要素的梳理,明确了其培养的目标要求。同时,从培养理念、管理机制、课程体系和实践教学体系等方面进行了理论探索,以求在培养思路、实施方案、方法措施等方面有所突破,在国际化人才培养上作出我们的贡献。According to the State Council,constructing an international metropolis is the new orientation and requirement to Xi＇an city.It is also a grand project in ＂Outline of the Twelfth Five Year Plan for Xi＇an Economic and Social Development＂.To realize this,a large number of international talents are needed.Institutions of higher education shoulder the unshirkable duty of personnel training.This paper clarifies the training targets and requirements by hackling the connotation elements of internationalized talents.Meanwhile,this paper also does some theoretical exploration in training conception,management mechanism,curriculum and practice teaching system,in order to achieve a breakthrough in the cultivation ideas,implementation scheme as well as methods and measures szo as to make the contribution to the cultivation of internationalized talents.
