摘　　要：基于财务、顾客、内部业务流程、学习与发展这4个方面构造煤炭行业上市公司物流绩效综合评价体系,运用平衡记分卡与AHP法并结合MATLAB 7.0数学软件,以及模糊数学理论构建全新的物流绩效模糊综合评价模型,并通过对某一煤炭行业上市公司实例进行了模型应用分析。Base on the fianc6, clients, inner business procedure, and learning and development, a comprehensive evaluation sys- tem of the logistics performances was established for a listing company in the coal industry. The balanced score card and the AHP method combined with the MATLAB 7.0 mathematics software and the fuzzy mathematics theory were applied to estab- lish a new comprehensive evaluation model of the logistics performances. A case of a listing company in the coal industry was analyzed with the model.
