摘　　要：通过对G管理模式概念及理论的描述,阐述了G管理模式的核心思想及内涵,论证了G管理模式在现代煤炭企业的受用点;认为,现阶段煤炭企业实行先进管理模式非常紧迫。With the introduction on the conception and theory of the G management mode, the paper stated the key idea and connotation of the G management mode and demonstrated the application points of the G management mode to the modern coal enterprise. The paper held that it is urgent to implement the advanced management mode in the present coal enterprise.
