摘　　要：广大教师和教育工作者是推动教育事业科学发展的生力军,要把加强教师队伍建设作为教育事业发展最重要的基础工作来抓,提升教师素质,提高教师地位,改善教师待遇,关心教师健康,形成更加浓厚的尊师重教社会风尚,使教师成为最受社会尊重的职业。这就要求我们青年教师一方面要加强业务学习,不断改进业务素质,提升科研教学能力,更加关心国家大事和在校大学生,以实际行动影响周围的学生;同时也对学校的管理者和各级干部提出了更高的要求,要从内心尊重教师,围绕学生和教师开展工作,从而形成良好的教学相长、尊师重教、全面发展的教育氛围。Teachers and educators is a vita force to promote the scientific development of education course, so the construction of teaching staff should be the most important task in education course.Teachers＇ quality should be improved together with the teacher position, their salary, so as to make teacher the most respectable occupation in the society.This requires youth teac- hers strengthen professional learning, improve professional quality, promote teaching and research ability and influence students with their own acts.Meanwhile,school administrators and cadres should respect teachers and implement work around students and teachers,so as to form good atmosphere of complementation of teaching and learning, respecting teachers and overall deve- lopment.
