摘　　要：目前我国研究生培养实行的多为单一导师制和一主多辅导师组制,现行导师制存在诸多弊端,对研究生学位论文的创作产生了许多负面影响。研究接受理论视野下研究生在学位论文指导与创作过程中对动态导师组制的需求,探索满足研究生需求的动态导师制,对于提升研究生学位论文写作水平,提高研究生学位论文的质量,改善研究生培养质量具有重要的启迪和借鉴意义。Contemporary tutor system in China has many disadvantages,which poses many negative influences on postgraduate degree thesis.It is of great significance to research students＇ demand for dynamic tutor group system in view of acceptance theory,explores the tutor system postgraduates need,so as to improve postgraduates＇ writing ability,improve their thesis quality and the cultivation quality of postgraduates.
