摘　　要：在薄壁杆件结构力学课程的教学中,如何深入浅出地阐述弯心的概念及其相应的简捷计算方法是非常重要的。本文在对比传统理论定义的基础上重新诠释了截面弯心的概念,并提出了弯心位置的简捷计算方法。该方法避开传统理论中复杂的积分计算,极大地简化了计算过程。In the thin-walled structural mechanics curriculum,how to explain in layman＇s language to bend the heart of the concept and the corresponding simple method of calculation is very important.This in contrast to the traditional theory defined on the basis of re-interpretation of the concept of cross-section apex position and made the simple calculation.The method to avoid the traditional theory of complex integral calculation greatly simplifies the calculation process.
