摘　　要：搞好大学生的职业规划既有利于大学生就业问题的解决,也有助于大学生实现人生价值的最大化。大学生职业规划教育很早就引起了美国等西方发达国家的重视,而我国的起步则较晚,要完善我国大学生的职业规划教育,可以结合我国现状并借鉴这些国家的经验。将职业规划教育作为必修课纳入大学生教育体系,完善制度环境,加强对大学生职业规划教育的内容、师资、评估等方面的工作。To carry out college students＇ career planning is not only helpful for college students＇ employment,but also helpful for the optimization of college students＇ life values.College students＇ career planning education has been noticed by western countries from very early time,but it is introduced to China very late,so we can withdraw the experience of the western countries to perfect college students＇ career planning in China.
