摘　　要：深度辅导是伴随高等教育多元化和创新人才培养形势而提出实施的重要举措,是高校辅导员与学生之间深入交流的新型互动模式。以中国石油大学(北京)为例,对高校辅导员深度辅导工作实践从三个方面进行了探讨,并从中得出启示,要切实提升辅导员深度辅导能力,则必须注重深度辅导工作的科学化、针对性和实效性。Deep counseling work,as a new interactive mode bet-ween counselors and students,is put forward to adapt to the sit-uation of the diversity of higher education and talent cultivation.Taking China University of Petroleum as an example,the coun-selor＇s deep counseling work practice is discussed from three aspects,and draws a conclusion that scientific,pertinence and actual effect should be valued to promote counselor＇s deep counseling ability.
